Spring Outfit Ideas for 2026: Six Looks, One Stop

The first sunny weekend hits, and suddenly, nothing in your closet feels right. Sound familiar? Spring 2026 is all about fresh silhouettes, soft romance, and dopamine-bright colour, and our newly released Spring Style Guide has six head-to-toe looks pulled from your favourite Willowbrook stores, all designed to make getting dressed for the season feel a little more exciting. Whether you’re heading to a Sunday brunch in Fort Langley, planning a long weekend escape to the Okanagan, or just looking to refresh your Lower Mainland uniform, here’s how to wear spring’s biggest trends without leaving the Fraser Valley.

Brunch outfit ideas: soft, polished, and effortlessly put-together

Sunday brunch deserves an outfit that feels like a slow morning,  relaxed but considered. Build the look around the Charlie B Wide Leg Pant from Aldila Boutique, paired with the Joseph Ribkoff Blazer from Serena for that thrown-on-but-thoughtful energy. Layer a Monk & Lou pullover or back scoop tee from Plenty underneath, and finish with the Crown Vintage Woven Wedge from DSW; woven details are everywhere this season. A Flower Bracelet from Ann-Louise Jewellers and Enamel Bamboo Huggie Earrings from Lovisa add the tiny luxury moments that make a brunch fit feel intentional. For warmer days, swap the blazer for the Ruffle Top from Uniqlo or an Embroidered Dress from Winners.

Classic spring outfits: 90s minimalism, refreshed for 2026

Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s quiet luxury aesthetic is having a major moment, and our Classic edit leans right into it. Start with the Joseph Ribkoff Jeans from Aldila Boutique or the Joseph Ribkoff Denim Dress from Serena,  both work-from-anywhere essentials. The Camel V-Neck Sweater, Crop Jacket, Navy Mini Skirt, and White Tie Dress Shirt from H&M form a capsule wardrobe that lets you mix and match all season. Add the Grey Blazer or Grey Skirt from Uniqlo for office-ready polish. Finish with Hoop Earrings from Michael Hill, a Breitling Watch from Golden Tree Jewellers, and Sling Back Shoes from Quarks. The vibe? Pulled-together without trying too hard,  and timeless enough to wear well into next year.

Flirty spring outfits: lace, polka dots, and feminine details

Lingerie dressing and lace trims are dominating Spring 2026, and our Flirty edit captures the trend in a wearable, Lower Mainland-friendly way. The Lace Trim Harlow Dress or Polkadot Harlow Tank Top from Boathouse are perfect entry points. Layer with the White Ruffle Blouse, Black Lace Camisole, or Crochet Sweater from H&M for date night, brunch, or those first-warm-evening patio sessions. The Polkadot Slip Dress or Lace Trim Slip Skirt from H&M leans into the lingerie-as-outerwear trend without going overboard. Top it off with the Marbela Heels from Aldo, Pearl Drop Earrings from Ben Moss, Celine Sunnies from Sunglass Hut, and a Melie Bianco Purse from Winners,  soft, romantic, and unmistakably 2026.

Sporty spring outfits: athleisure done right

Vancouver is the birthplace of Lululemon, and Lower Mainland women have always known how to wear athleisure with intention. The Sporty edit builds the modern uniform: a Sports Bra, Tank Top, Belt Bag, and Bomber Jacket from Lululemon, paired with Adidas Track Pants from JD Sports and Adidas Tokyo Trainers from Foot Locker. Hit the courts? The Wilson Tennis Racquet from Sport Chek is your move. For something that takes athleisure into evening territory, swap in the Red Bodycon Dress from Little Mountain Vancouver or the Checkered Kate Spade Dress from Winners. Layer with a Chain Necklace from Hillberg & Berk to elevate the whole look.

Vacay outfits: resort-ready style for warm-weather getaways

Whether you’re escaping to Mexico or planning a road trip down the Oregon coast, the Vacay edit is your packing list. Start with Denim Shorts, a Tube Top, and a Waist Chain from American Eagle Outfitters for that easy day-to-night vacation uniform. The Linen Tie Top from Bootlegger and the Paisley Print Dress from H&M are both flight-friendly and resort-ready. The Crochet Bikini from la Vie en Rose taps into one of the season’s biggest trends, and the Coral Dress from Little Mountain Vancouver delivers the dopamine colour that’s all over Spring 2026 runways. Accessorize with Prada Sunnies from LensCrafters, the Bonjour Beach Tote from Plenty, or the Crocs Beach Tote from DSW, Flower Birkenstocks from Soft Moc, and a Woven Belt from Aldila Boutique to tie it all together. Woven everything, by the way, is one of the season’s biggest accessory trends.

Weekender outfits: easy spring style for off-duty days

For the in-between days,  coffee runs, weekend getaways to Whistler, errands around Langley,  the Weekender edit is your go-to. The Wide Leg Jean from H&M paired with the Bow Tank Top from Little Mountain Vancouver or the Monk & Lou Paintbrush Top from Plenty, is the kind of outfit you can throw on without thinking. Add the Trench Coat from Uniqlo,  a perfect Pacific Northwest layer,  and the New Balance Sneaker from Blackwell Supply Co. or Sandals from Urban Behavior, depending on the weather. The Leopard Print Dress from H&M is your easy throw-on option, and the Wrangler Purse from Below The Belt or the London Fog Tote from Winners finishes it off. Travelling? Don’t forget the Apple MacBook Neo from Simply Computing and a Travel Mug from Starbucks.

Spring Break at Willowbrook

Spring Break Isn’t Over Yet…

Spring break is winding down, and if you’re anything like us, you’re not quite ready to let it go. The good news? There’s still time to squeeze in shopping with your crew, and Willowbrook has everything you need to end the break on a high note.

We’ve rounded up some cute finds for you, including sneaker drops and fresh accessories. Plus, you’ll find sweet spring scents you’ll want in your locker on day one. Here’s your official Spring Break send-off shopping guide.

Level up

Spring Break at Willowbrook GameStop

If gaming is your thing, GameStop has the new Nintendo Switch 2, and yes, it’s as good as the internet says. Pair it with a copy of Pokémon Pokopia for the ultimate spring break wind-down. Whether you’re playing solo or passing the controller with friends, this one’s worth the visit.

Fresh kicks

Spring Break at Willowbrook Foot Locker

Nothing says “new season, new me” like a fresh pair of Air Jordans. Foot Locker and JD Sports are stocked right now with Nike Air Jordans in beautiful colourways. Easy to style, comfortable enough for all-day wear, and the kind of shoe that gets noticed in the hallway. Go try them on before your size sells out.

For the music lover

Spring Break at Willowbrook Sunrise Records

Vinyl is back in a big way, and Sunrise Records knows it. Right now, they’ve got the latest BTS album front and centre, and the packaging alone is worth the trip. Whether you’re building a collection or looking for a gift for your K-pop-obsessed friend, this is one of those finds that feels special to hold in your hands. Plus, Sunrise is running a save $10 promo on select titles, so the timing couldn’t be better.

Accessorize everything

American Eagle Outfitters Earrings

A great outfit only needs one or two good accessories to go from basic to done. American Eagle Outfitters has multi-packs of gold hoops, huggies, and statement earrings that look way more expensive than they are. Layer a few gold necklaces with a simple white top, and you’ve got a spring look that works from brunch with friends to first-day-back selfies. The energy is effortless, and that’s the point.

Smell like spring

Spring Break at Willowbrook Bath & Body Works

Bath & Body Works always knows how to do a seasonal launch, and right now, the spring collection is everything. The Butterfly Fine Fragrance Mist has that light, pretty, butterfly-on-a-sunny-day energy, and the Waikiki Beach Coconut Collection smells like you just came back from vacation (even if you spent spring break on your couch). Stock up on a couple of these; they make great friend gifts, too.

The fun stuff

Spring Break at Willowbrook Zumiez

Some things don’t need a reason, they’re just fun. Zumiez is the store where you go in for nothing and come out with everything. Right now, they’ve got Heelys (yes, the shoes with wheels) in a print that’s practically begging to be worn through the school hallways. Grab a Stanley Quencher Tumbler while you’re there because at this point it’s basically a school supply.

Bring the squad

Activate Langley Gift Card

Shopping is great, but sometimes you need to do something together. Activate at Willowbrook is the kind of experience that’s way more fun than it looks from the outside. Think interactive gaming rooms where you and your friends compete through challenges that test your speed, agility, and teamwork. It’s competitive, it’s loud, and it’s one of those “you had to be there” memories that make for a perfect last hang before school starts.

Ready to shop?

Spring break doesn’t have to end quietly. Round up your friends, make a plan, and spend your last free afternoons doing a lap (or three) around Willowbrook. These finds are all here right now, but they won’t be for long. Plan your visit at shopwillowbrook.com.

The Valentine’s Edit at Willowbrook

Love is in the air at Willowbrook! Whether you are shopping for a lifelong partner, your ride-or-die bestie, or treating yourself to some well-deserved self-care, our Valentine’s Day gift ideas make gifting effortless. From the dazzling accessories in our ‘Statement Sparkle’ collection to cozy essentials for a special night in, we’ve curated a guide filled with swoon-worthy finds. Read on to discover the perfect way to say ‘I love you’ this February 14th.

Statement sparkle

Start with pieces that earn compliments without trying. A classic Diamond Tennis Bracelet from Michael Hill throws a clean line of light on the wrist, while the Cushion Cut Red Garnet and Diamond Halo Ring from Michael Hill brings a deep berry glow for date night. If she leans subtle, the Sparkling Bow Stud Earrings from Pandora add just enough twinkle to everyday knits. For a polished finish, the TUDOR Black Bay Chrono 41 mm from Golden Tree Jewellers delivers a presence that still reads everyday.

Beauty and self-care

Small luxuries make the week feel considered. The Outrageous Plump Lip Gloss x Tabasco from Sephora gives high shine with a playful kick, and the Dior eau de parfum from Sephora layers a modern rose that feels luminous, not loud. Add a soft veil of scent and shine with Kérastase Gloss Absolu Le Parfum Hair Fragrance from Eccotique Spas & Salons, and keep a cheerful spritz on hand with You’re My Jam Fragrance Mist from The Body Shop. For ambience, light Covered In Roses 3-Wick Candle from Bath & Body Works, and call it a night in.

At home, but special

Plan a night in that feels intentional. Brew together with the Valentine’s share set from Nespresso, put Bruno Mars’ latest vinyl from Sunrise Records on the turntable, and break open a delicious chocolate bar from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for a sweet finish. Keep The Heart of Rumi from Coles nearby for a few lines to read aloud, and set the ultimate date night game, What Do You Meme? from Coles on the table for laughs that last longer than dessert.

Style moves

A few well-chosen pieces go a long way. The Lovemule heels from Aldo add easy polish to denim and midi dresses, while the Converse Lift High Tops from Boathouse bring a little height to off-duty looks. Layer the Laine Cropped Cardigan from Plenty over the Polka Dot Dress from Winners to move seamlessly from lunch to late. And for cooler nights, reach for the Brixton Ranching Club Sweater from Below The Belt to keep things relaxed and refined.

Rediscover WillowWay

WillowWay is a distinctive feature of Willowbook, located in the center’s east corridor. Since its launch five years ago, it has continually energized the retail scene by hosting a dynamic rotation of local vendors, pop-ups, and businesses. From custom clothing and jewelry to coffee, pretzels, and donuts, WillowWay has evolved into a must-visit destination within the Centre. The current lineup is sure to grab your attention.

The 6th Scent Candle features coveted hand poured candles, diffusers and more. Their mission is to create beautiful scents that will complement your home. They create a variety of home fragrance products with delightful scents. Their minimal and clean design and top-quality ingredients have secured a loyal fan base. Stop by to sample their 4 newly launched Spring scents: Sandalwood Rose, White Sage, Patchouli Amber and Blue Honeyberry.

Java Lova is known for their love of crafting exceptional experiences in every cup, brining a higher standard of coffee and baked goods to our guests on the daily. From iced lattes to Lavendar white mochas and pistachio waffles, stopping at Java Lova is always a treat.

Mr. Pretzels are the purveyors of freshly baked (and delicious!) pretzels. Their pretzel dough is freshly prepared throughout the day and hand rolled on site. Available in both sweet and salty flavour profiles, the hardest part is choosing your toppings… Nutella anyone?

To further enhance the space, Willowbrook collaborated with local artist Drew Young to hand-paint the 88-foot stretch of WillowWay. Drew brought a unique vibrancy to the area with a one-of-a-kind artwork that captures attention through his bold use of line and color. His stylized, fractured flower designs embody the west-coast aesthetic of the shopping center in a striking, high-impact way. Over the course of a month, Drew brought the mural, titled Dayspring, to life. In his artist statement, Drew explained that the mural captures the quiet yet powerful transition from night to day.

“This piece reflects the subtle beauty of the natural world, where the first light of morning meets the dark remnants of evening. Through vibrant florals, I’ve sought to depict how light awakens the world. In creating Dayspring, I aimed to not only reflect the beauty of this quiet dawn but also to encourage a mindful awareness of the world around us. It’s a reminder that even in moments of stillness, there is energy waiting to unfold. The mural invites viewers to pause, appreciate the small moments, and feel the life around them as they step into their own day.”

WillowWay has become a gathering place, not only for guests to check out the pop-ups but also a great spot to have a coffee or take a quick meeting along the benches and seating. And now with this amazing backdrop, we are excited to introduce you to WillowWay all over again. Check out the how the mural came to be!

Drew Young is an internationally exhibited painter and muralist as well as one of the co-founders of Vancouver Mural Fest. He’s been involved in a number of projects locally from Kitsilano and Ambleside to downtown and the River District. Check out his portfolio here: https://dyoung.ca/
