Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday:
10am – 1:30pm, 2:30pm – 6pm
*please note, Santa visits will begin at 11am on Saturday, November 26.
Thursday and Friday:
10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm, 5:30pm – 8pm
Sunday:
10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm
What to Expect While Visiting Santa at Willowbrook
- Visits & photos with Santa are located in the southeast centre court by The Body Shop.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation to allow for check-in.
- Please note that missed appointments will not be refunded.
- Should you be unable to book a reservation, we are happy to accommodate walk-ins.
- If you are late for your reserved time, the team at North Pole Picture Co. would be happy to help you reschedule based on availability.
- You will be the only group in the photo studio during the time of your appointment.
- Your reservation guarantees you a private visit and photo experience with Santa.
- You can instantly see and select your favourite photo while Santa engages with your little ones.
- If you do not receive your reservation link after 24 hours, please email [email protected] with your name, phone number, email, and date and time of selected reservation.

Please be advised that we will be photographing attendees at this event to share on our social media channels and in other communications. By attending this event, you grant permission to both QuadReal and Willowbrook Shopping Centre to take photos and videos of you that may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your image to be shared publicly, please speak to a QuadReal representative at the event.
