*please note, Santa visits will begin at 11am on Saturday, November 26.

Thursday and Friday:

What to Expect While Visiting Santa at Willowbrook

  • Visits & photos with Santa are located in the southeast centre court by The Body Shop.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation to allow for check-in.
  • Please note that missed appointments will not be refunded.
  • Should you be unable to book a reservation, we are happy to accommodate walk-ins.
  • If you are late for your reserved time, the team at North Pole Picture Co. would be happy to help you reschedule based on availability.
  • You will be the only group in the photo studio during the time of your appointment.
  • Your reservation guarantees you a private visit and photo experience with Santa.
  • You can instantly see and select your favourite photo while Santa engages with your little ones.
  • If you do not receive your reservation link after 24 hours, please email [email protected] with your name, phone number, email, and date and time of selected reservation.



MAGICAL SLEIGH RIDES

Sip some hot chocolate and enjoy the sounds of the season as one of Santa’s elves takes you on a magical horse-drawn sleigh ride around Willowbrook! For $5 per person, you can enjoy a sleigh ride while helping raise funds for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley.
