Overview

The Stage Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring all team members execute Sephora’s selling model while delivering outstanding service. You’ll lead by example, support performance, and help drive store success through strong client engagement. You’ll oversee key departments—including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare—while coaching teams to deliver Sephora’s signature client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

  • Ensure all team members deliver exceptional service aligned with Sephora’s selling model
  • Respond to and resolve client feedback in a timely, professional manner
  • Partner with leadership to address client concerns and elevate the in-store experience

Embrace Innovation

  • Support team training on Sephora’s Client Interactive Technology
  • Encourage adoption of tools that enhance the customer journey

Event Management

  • Support in-store events that drive traffic, engagement, and sales
  • Ensure events align with both client expectations and store goals

Performance & Development

  • Coach team members on performance and service standards
  • Provide ongoing feedback and participate in regular check-ins
  • Support development plans to grow team capabilities

Business & Sales Leadership

  • Understand store performance metrics and identify opportunities
  • Support strategies that drive sales and exceed targets

What You Bring

  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
