The Sales Professional will guide customers through fine jewellery, engagement rings, wedding bands, and luxury watches while providing a personalized and welcoming shopping experience.

- Guide customers through jewellery and luxury watch selections
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
- Build strong product knowledge
- Create a welcoming and professional shopping experience
- Follow up with customers and enquiries
- Build repeat customer relationships
- Contribute to sales goals
- Support colleagues and maintain showroom standards
What You Bring
- Several years of sales experience preferred
- Proven record of sales success
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently close sales
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong follow-through and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Jewellery and watch experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
