Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service that reflects UNIQLO’s values
- Assist customers in finding products and share product knowledge
- Support daily store operations, including restocking and maintaining cleanliness
- Meet and exceed sales expectations
- Work as part of a collaborative and motivated team
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to work part-time (up to 32 hours per week) or full-time (32–40 hours per week)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
