The Part Time Sales Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about products. 

  • Part Time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.  
  • Previous customer service experience preferred. 
  • Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative. 
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and spoken). 
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. 
  • Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week and on weekends.  
  • Ability to travel to and train at different locations in the Greater Toronto Area 
  • Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision. 
  • Meet and exceed sales expectations. 
  • Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements. 
  • Monitor and replenish floor stock while maintaining store cleanliness.  
  • Understand, respect and follow the company’s code of conduct. 
  • Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System. 
  • Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
