Sephora is looking for a Retail Asset Protection Specialist to join their team at Willowbrook Shopping Centre. In this role, you will help reduce theft, protect store assets, support operational excellence, and create a safe environment for clients and employees.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor the sales floor and CCTV systems to identify and deter theft.
- Prepare reports for theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, audits, and accident investigations.
- Build strong relationships with store leaders, mall security, local law enforcement, and neighboring retailers.
- Deliver loss prevention training and awareness programs for new and existing employees.
- Provide friendly and professional support to clients when needed.
- Share findings and recommendations with store leadership and the District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Support inventory preparation and inventory accuracy processes.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and efficient store environment.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of retail asset protection, loss prevention, security, or related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent observation, interviewing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licensing, where applicable.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work at multiple locations within the market when required.
- Comfortable working in a fragrance-filled retail environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and move merchandise as needed.
