Urban Kids is looking for a Manager in Training to join the team at Willowbrook Shopping Centre. As a Manager in Training, they will work alongside the store leadership team to support daily operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Support the management team with daily store operations.
- Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service.
- Help coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Complete markdowns and promotional changes on time.
- Support inventory control and stock management.
- Follow loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Help create a positive, energetic, and inclusive store environment.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of retail store management experience.
- A passion for fashion and customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A sales-focused mindset with the ability to achieve results.
- Experience with merchandising and inventory management.
- A positive attitude and team-first approach.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
