What You’ll Do
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
- Accommodate guests with food allergies or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and prep areas
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure quality standards
- Support and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
