Spencer’s is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team at Willowbrook Shopping Centre. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, developing associates, and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and profitability.
- Lead and mentor store associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Merchandise, sign, and price according to company standards.
- Coach and train sales associates to meet performance goals.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and paperwork.
- Maintain loss prevention practices and reduce shrinkage.
- Step in as acting Store Manager when required.
Who You Are:
- A leader with 1–2 years of supervisory or retail management experience.
- Skilled in communication, organization, and teamwork.
- Confident using POS systems and working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Must be at least 21 years old and comfortable dressing up for Halloween or promotional events.
