GARAGE is a growing fashion brand focused on confidence, community, and creating a positive customer experience. The Operations Associate will play an important role behind the scenes by keeping inventory organized and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and maintain the stockroom.
- Receive and process shipments.
- Move and replenish inventory on the sales floor.
- Process e-commerce orders.
- Complete markdowns and inventory tasks.
- Keep products organized and easy to access.
- Support the store team with daily operations.
- Help maintain a full and organized sales floor.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Work with the Store Manager and team to keep store operations running smoothly.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma.
- At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- A proactive and dependable approach to work.
- A team-oriented attitude.
- A customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
