As part of the team, you’ll help customers discover products they love while contributing to a welcoming store environment. This role includes acting as Manager on Duty, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and serve as a Manager on Duty when scheduled
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Coach and provide performance feedback to associates
- Support opening/closing procedures, bank deposits, and shipment processing
- Execute visual merchandising, floorsets, and marketing displays
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate situations effectively
