The Guest Experience Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by engaging guests, providing expert product education, and leading the team on the sales floor. Acting as the Supervisor on Duty, this role helps drive performance, ensures daily operational excellence, and supports team growth and development.

  • Lead from the floor to create an inclusive, world-class guest experience.
  • Provide authentic and knowledgeable product education that meets guest needs.
  • Support the team in achieving daily sales goals and delivering operational excellence.
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to achieve personal and collective success.
  • Open and close the store following company procedures.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
  • 1+ year of retail or customer experience (leadership experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
