You will spend the majority of your time Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team, by helping them grow both personally and professionally by exhibiting the Bailey Nelson core values in all that you do. As well, you will cultivate a strong relationship with the Optometrist amongst the entire store team.
Key Responsibilities:
You support the development of the team by inspiring, motivating and modelling exceptional performance through the BN values. Supporting the store leadership in hiring, induction, and succession planning will also be an area of focus. Lastly, you’ll be supporting leadership team in creating a goal-oriented environment, addressing roadblocks for the team.
