Visit Santa in His Cottage
From November 15 – December 24, families can visit Santa in his beautifully decorated Christmas Cottage at the Southeast Centre Court, near The Body Shop. Enjoy a cozy photo session and receive a keepsake Willowbrook Sleigh Bell ornament, Santa’s gift of the season!
Golden Gift Bars
Unwrap a little holiday magic! Hidden beneath the wrapping of special Golden Gift Bars are golden tickets that make you an instant winner. There is a one in six chance to win a Willowbrook gift card and the chance to treat yourself—all while giving back—with all proceeds supporting the Storehouse Society.
Pick up your Golden Gift Bar at the Concierge Desk for $10 throughout the holiday season, while supplies last.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Visits & photos with Santa are located in the southeast centre court by The Body Shop.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation to allow for check-in.
- Please note that missed appointments will not be refunded.
- Should you be unable to book a reservation, we are happy to accommodate walk-ins.
- If you are late for your reserved time, the team at North Pole Picture Co. would be happy to help you reschedule based on availability.
- You will be the only group in the photo studio during the time of your appointment.
- Your reservation guarantees you a private visit and photo experience with Santa.
- You can instantly see and select your favourite photo while Santa engages with your little ones.
- If you do not receive your reservation link after 24 hours, please email [email protected] with your name, phone number, email, and the date and time of the selected reservation.

Please be advised that we will be photographing attendees at this event to share on our social media channels and in other communications. By attending this event, you grant permission to both QuadReal and Willowbrook Shopping Centre to take photos and videos of you that may be used for promotional purposes.
