Team Leader:
Supporting the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM), the role of the Team Leader (TL) is to lead the sales floor coverage and, in the absence of the SM and ASM, support all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and model the customer service standards
- Display knowledge of product and store/company strategies
- Provide leadership or assistance with visual set‐ups/changes, signage placement and visual presentation standards
- Assist in resolving customer service matters in the absence of SM and ASM
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team (i.e. viewed as a leader among peers and able to coach team)
- Proven positive sales track record
- Customer service experience – 1-year minimum
- Supervisory experience preferred
Fashion Associate:
The role of the Fashion Associate (FA) is to provide a consistent and positive customer experience and sell merchandise.
Responsibilities:
An FA can be assigned a stretch role as a Key Holder that includes the following additional responsibilities in the absence of management:
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Ensure team receives scheduled breaks
- Provides feedback to management when assigned opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shifts
- Ability to effectively work with a team and learn quickly
Merchandise Associate:
The role of the Merchandise Associate (MA) is to perform merchandise flow duties and deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Models the customer service standards as directed during seasonal periods
- Executes visual set‐ups/changes, visual presentation standards and housekeeping duties as directed
- Display knowledge of fashion, visual presentation, merchandise flow and sell through
- Directs customer service matters to management and provides feedback
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shifts
- Ability to effectively work with a team, learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills
