Position Summary
The Full-Time Team Leader acts as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience. This role supports daily store operations, motivates the team, and helps drive sales performance.
A Day in the Life
- Lead daily team briefings on priorities and store objectives
- Analyze KPI reports and coach team members to reach targets
- Support strong communication between team members and store management
- Deliver a positive, premium brand experience for every customer
- Balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on customer service
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Passion for coffee, sustainability, and learning about Nespresso products
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Excellent time management and analytical skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg
