The Body Shop at Willowbrook Shopping Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Lead to support the Store Management team. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to grow in retail.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
- Support sales goals and store performance targets.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build customer loyalty through product knowledge, storytelling, and demonstrations.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory, cleanliness, and daily store operations.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Work collaboratively while taking initiative and managing multiple tasks.
What You Bring
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in beauty or retail.
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry, products, and trends.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, and crouch.
