What You’ll Do
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting store operations, leading team members, and driving business performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates through ongoing feedback and mentorship
- Support the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Execute merchandising, visual presentation, and operational standards
- Build strong relationships between customers, team members, and store leadership
- Stay informed on current and upcoming products, trends, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and daily store operations
- Support community outreach initiatives to grow brand awareness
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive store success and key business initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences 100% of the time
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of retail management, supervisory, or keyholder experience
- Passion for sportswear, streetwear, footwear, and sneaker culture
- Proven experience training, coaching, and leading retail teams
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and drive sales performance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
