The Role
As Store Manager, the successful candidate will drive sales, lead daily operations, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering a memorable client experience. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on retail management in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team through clear expectations and ongoing feedback
- Drive sales performance and achieve store goals
- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational priorities
- Execute events and initiatives that build client loyalty and brand awareness
- Maintain visual standards, inventory levels, and overall store excellence
- Monitor performance metrics and manage expenses to meet business objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with strong leadership skills

- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including supervisory or management experience
