Call It Spring is hiring an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join the Willowbrook team! This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, staying ahead of trends, and creating exceptional in-store experiences.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will help drive sales while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. The role combines customer service, sales, visual merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve individual sales goals and support team targets
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service
- Help maintain visual merchandising and store displays
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Handle payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention procedures
- Restock merchandise and assist with backroom tasks
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and welcoming store environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in fashion
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (approximately 16 kg)
