Lululemon is looking for a Product Operations Lead to join its team at Willowbrook Shopping Centre. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys inventory management, organization, and supporting a high-performing retail team.
The Product Operations Lead helps keep the store running smoothly by ensuring products are organized, stocked, and available for guests while also providing leadership, coaching, and exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily inventory and product operations.
- Keep the back-of-house organized and fully stocked.
- Ensure product accuracy, replenishment, pricing, and inventory processes are completed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
- Review sales and inventory data to support product decisions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Coach and recognize team members to encourage growth and development.
- Act as Supervisor on Duty when required.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience on the sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and collaborative work environment.
What You Bring
- Reliable transportation to the store.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, logistics, or retail operations.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong leader who motivates and supports others.
- Excellent communicator.
