What You’ll Do
- Participate in daily team briefings and understand store goals.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service.
- Learn about Nespresso coffees, machines, and products.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Support sales targets and store performance goals.
- Look for opportunities to upsell and introduce customers to new products.
- Participate in coaching and training sessions.
- Create positive experiences that reflect the Nespresso brand.
- Educate customers about Nespresso’s sustainability initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming boutique environment.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for coffee.
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or sales environment.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- The ability to work in a busy retail environment with a high volume of customers.
