Position Overview
The Junior Visual Merchandiser supports the in-store team by creating engaging displays, executing visual standards, and ensuring the store reflects the latest trends. You’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting sales through strong visual storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Execute weekly visual merchandising briefs in-store
- Create impactful window and floor displays that drive customer interest
- Maintain mannequins, displays, and seasonal updates
- Support in-store promotions using POS materials
- Analyze product performance to guide placement and floor moves
- Train and support team members on visual standards
- Provide feedback on visual execution and store performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong retail environment
What You Bring
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience
- Visual merchandising experience is an asset
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
