The Role
As a Back of House Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth stockroom operations and supporting the overall success of the store. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail or stockroom environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Front of House associates with in-store customer requests
- Lead daily stockroom operations, ensuring accurate labelling, organization, and cleanliness
- Receive, handle, and manage inventory accurately and efficiently
- Process end-to-end e-commerce orders, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Communicate daily with customer service and store teams
- Research inventory discrepancies and help reduce shrinkage
- Utilize inventory management systems regularly
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience
- Experience with Shopify is an asset
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
