What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with integrity and professionalism
- Manage labour, COGS, and controllable operating budgets
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, POS, accounts payable, repairs and maintenance, and marketing systems
- Maintain strong results on brand and service audits
- Train, motivate, and develop front-of-house employees
- Lead by example with a hands-on management approach
- Identify and implement ideas that increase sales and revenue
- Support food, beverage, music, sports, style, and overall guest experience programs
- Attend industry events and build relationships within the local community
- Maintain a strong brand image and presence in the neighbourhood
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant, pub management, or relevant hospitality experience
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Strong business and financial awareness
- A commitment to maintaining high standards and brand integrity
