At Activate, it’s all about energy, interaction, and unforgettable moments. Be at the heart of the action—running games, supporting guests, and keeping everything operating smoothly. This is a part-time, permanent role at the Langley location.
What You’ll Do
Game Facilitation
- Lead and guide guests through interactive gaming experiences
- Deliver clear, engaging game briefings
- Monitor gameplay and provide support when needed
- Jump into games when needed to elevate the experience
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate when required
Check-In Experience
- Welcome guests and manage check-in flow
- Handle transactions (cash, debit, credit, gift cards)
- Issue wristbands and explain processes clearly
- Answer questions and ensure a smooth arrival experience
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Reset and sanitize equipment and gaming areas
- Assist with minor repairs and upkeep
- Support inventory checks and report any issues
What You Bring
- Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Confident, outgoing personality—you can command a room
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work varied shifts (as early as 8 AM to as late as 1 AM)
