Position Overview
The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. This role focuses on exceeding customer expectations by listening carefully to customer needs, recommending the right products, and sharing detailed knowledge about UNIQLO’s apparel and innovations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and knowledgeable customer service that reflects UNIQLO’s brand values
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and in-store campaigns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Monitor inventory and replenish merchandise as needed
- Maintain fitting rooms and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Process purchases and transactions using the store’s POS system
- Support daily store operations and team initiatives
Requirements
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced retail environment
Full-Time Store Associates typically work 32–40 hours per week based on business needs.
Part-Time Store Associates work up to 32 hours per week depending on scheduling needs.
