What You’ll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
- Greet customers and recommend breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Process customer purchases using the POS (cash register) system.
- Package bakery products carefully and accurately.
- Restock bakery displays and keep products fresh and well-presented.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery.
- Receive deliveries and restock inventory.
- Support daily bakery operations and assist teammates as needed.
- Help the baking and pastry team during busy periods.
What You Bring
- Customer service or retail experience is an asset (training provided).
- Bakery, café, or food service experience is a plus.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
