Hillberg & Berk, a proudly Canadian and women-led jewelry company, is opening a brand-new store at Willowbrook Shopping Centre and is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting launch in a new market.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Hillberg & Berk in Langley by building a team from the ground up, creating meaningful client connections, and bringing the brand’s values to life in a new community.

As Assistant Store Manager, the successful candidate will drive sales, lead daily operations, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering a memorable client experience. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on retail management in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

  • Supporting the day-to-day retail store operations
  • Motivate a team through clear expectations and ongoing feedback
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store goals
  • Support with staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational priorities
  • Execute events and initiatives that build client loyalty and brand awareness
  • Maintain visual standards, inventory levels, and overall store excellence
  • Monitor performance metrics and manage expenses to meet business objectives

You will shine in this role with a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience, including some process management experience such as inventory control, or a combination of experience and some post secondary or an undergraduate degree. Supervisory experience is not required and would be considered an asset. The ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
