Hillberg & Berk, a proudly Canadian and women-led jewelry company, is opening a brand-new store at Willowbrook Shopping Centre and is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting launch in a new market.

The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, the successful candidate will drive sales, lead daily operations, and inspire a high-performing team while delivering a memorable client experience. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on retail management in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day retail store operations
- Motivate a team through clear expectations and ongoing feedback
- Drive sales performance and achieve store goals
- Support with staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational priorities
- Execute events and initiatives that build client loyalty and brand awareness
- Maintain visual standards, inventory levels, and overall store excellence
- Monitor performance metrics and manage expenses to meet business objectives
Qualifications & Experience
You will shine in this role with a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience, including some process management experience such as inventory control, or a combination of experience and some post secondary or an undergraduate degree. Supervisory experience is not required and would be considered an asset. The ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
