Studio 4 by BodyMods is seeking a passionate and driven Studio Manager to lead its piercing studio at Willowbrook Shopping Centre. This leadership role offers the opportunity to grow into an Area Manager position as you master store operations and team development.

What You’ll Do
Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, coach, and develop your crew to achieve monthly sales goals
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Conduct monthly check-ins and participate in weekly leadership meetings
- Foster accountability, unity, and a strong company culture
Sales & Performance
- Drive monthly sales targets and support individual performance goals
- Execute promotional initiatives and local marketing efforts
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for growth
Operations & Merchandising
- Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate shift coverage
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory levels, weekly orders, and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
Growth Into Area Manager
As you progress, you will support the District Manager by:
- Assisting with multi-location sales strategies and performance oversight
- Coaching and supporting managers across your area
- Monitoring profitability, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Participating in weekly district calls and reviewing store performance reports
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Bloodborne pathogens certification (required for all studio positions)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales and marketing awareness
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
